1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ap66 ("ap66", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ap66 platform, website, mobile interface, and all related gambling and gaming services available at ap66.io.

By registering an account, accessing the ap66 website, or placing any wager or bet through the ap66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ap66 platform and close your account.

2.1 Account Verification

ap66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving license; proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months; and evidence of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name).

ap66 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or full account access until satisfactory verification documents have been provided and reviewed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time period, or provision of fraudulent documents, will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances. Cash balances held at the time of closure due to fraud will be subject to investigation before any return is considered.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with ap66. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will be closed. In cases where duplicate accounts are created to abuse promotional offers or circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, ap66 reserves the right to forfeit all balances across all associated accounts and to permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3. Account Management and Security

In such cases, ap66 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder through their registered contact details before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent ongoing harm.

3.1 Account Currency

All ap66 accounts for Bangladesh-based players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are all expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. ap66 does not offer multi-currency accounts to retail players in the Bangladesh market.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your card issuer.

ap66 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account's betting pattern suggests unusual activity, or where the account has not previously completed a full verification check. ap66 will communicate any such hold to the account holder within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in the same name as the ap66 account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Your continued use of the ap66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.3 Termination by ap66

ap66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or criminal activity, where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where continued operation of the account would expose ap66 to legal or reputational risk. In such cases, ap66 will provide written notice to the account holder's registered email address, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ap66's international gaming license. In the event of any dispute between you and ap66 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ap66 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute being given by either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body designated by ap66's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
